Have you ever wondered what it's like to be a Peace Corps volunteer? This Presentation and discussion at Hollins University will give you an overview of the experiences of volunteers in some of the 73 countries that Peace Corps serves in. We will discuss a variety of projects, including Agriculture, Health and HIV Awareness, English As a Second Language, Environmental Education, Youth Development, Business, and more! Are you interested in the Peace Corps, but missed the previous presentation at Radford University? Well here's your chance to speak with a returned volunteer about service in one of the many countries where Peace Corps works. We will discuss a wide variety of projects including, Agriculture, NGO Development, Water & Sanitation, English Teaching and Business Advising. Volunteers receive excellent language, cultural and programmatic training in over 73 countries. There will be a video presentation featuring the experiences and projects of a variety of volunteers in their host countries. PEACE CORPS PRESENTATION with VT STUDY ABROAD LIFE SCIENCES IN THE 21ST CENTURY

Come to a special Peace Corps Presentation done with VT Study Abroad to learn more about opportunities abroad. Learn about a variety of international study opportunities and how it can prepare you for service as a Peace Corps volunteer. We will review the variety of projects currently running in over 74 countries, including those that pertain to Agriculture and Biological Sciences.
